From the proposal stage and up to project delivery, the client is at the center of our priorities. We never hesitate to visit our client at the kick off a mandate, mainly to review the critical items such as: expectations for deliverable, communication path during the mandate, document to be provided by the client, schedule of the project, etc. During mandate execution, we want to insure a good communication with the client, our lead engineer keep the client informed of the progress with formal report and project meeting review. For us, the success of a project start with a good communication with the client and other parties involved, so we put a high emphasis on it.
